Look At My Butt

I feel like I'm shrinking! The scale might not be showing a difference but I feel like my butt, stomach, and boobs are smaller. So when Daniel got home I asked him if my butt looked smaller. He started laughing and said, "Yes, it does look smaller!" I asked him why he was laughing. And he said, "I laughed because I hoped you were ready for a real answer because if it didn't look smaller I was going to say so!"

I think I could even fit in a size 14 now. I keep having to tighten my belt more and more throughout the day. These jeans are even baggy in the butt right now. I'm not model.......... yet....... but well on my way! I've had too many people tell me that I will never fit into my skinny jeans again. Well, I'm ready to prove everyone wrong. Boooooooooooo yaaaaa!

P.S. Daniel has lost a couple more pounds... dang it! Looks like I'm going to have to work out double-time.

I know that feels so good! Remember that one pound a week is perfect and healthy so don't get discouraged if he loses faster than you. (it's a win win, really!) so proud of you! Keep that pic of you in your skinny jeans out as motivation! You can do it!

You really should take measurements of yourself and use that as a guide along with pounds. Congratulations on your success!

If the scale isn't showing the loss as much as your clothes, it could be because you are turning fat into muscle, and muscle weighs more than fat! So definitely keep watching those inches! Good for you, I am soooooo inspired by you! For real! I too am barely a size 14 and SICK OF IT!!!! And thumbs DOWN on those goofs that said you'd never fit into your skinny jeans again, the nerve!! :)

Darn, I thought I was going to get to see a picture of your butt ;-)

Good job! I agree with the other ladies, you are probably slimming down but not losing weight because muscle is heavier. It's healthier and looks much better than simply losing weight in binge diets!

Ha ha ha...I thought you were gonna post a picture of your butt! I agree that you should take your measurements. Don't you hate it when people tell you, "You'll never be the size you were when you were 18 cause you were just a teenager then"?!?!?! I hear that a lot. But you know what, you CAN fit into those old clothes again. The foods we eat and exercise (or lack thereof) have a lot to do with whether we get back to our target weight. Oh yes, mental outlook/attitude play a huge role too. You go girl! Sounds like you are doing great so far.

LOL about the picture of her butt, Julie! HAHA

I definitely don't have the same body I had when I was a teenager. No way could I fit into those jeans, no matter how skinny I got. LOL I am SO ok with that though. I finally got some hips from having babies, so RIP teenager jeans, I am happy to say goodbye! (My mom and I were both hosed by having NO hips...two upside down triangles. ha)

You're gonna do awesome. It's amazing what you can do when you get motivated and put your mind to it! And this first pound will hopefully encourage you even more!

HAHAHA re: your note at the top. The freakin butt post. I laughed at the title and was also looking for a pic! LOL I forgot all about odd sized jeans! (I remember that juniors store "5,7,9" that carried odd sizes) You can do it girl. Looks like you have a lot of us to encourage you too! That awesome "HAAALLELUJYA!!" (insert choir music here) moment when you fit into them will be well worth the effort! (PS- totally jealous about the hips! I had to wait till 27 to get some and they still aren't much, lol)
